The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees applicable to each client will be communicated through a proposal, quotation, service agreement, invoice, or payment link.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.

Where required, clients are responsible for providing timely access to relevant websites, advertising accounts, social-media accounts, CRM platforms, business information, content, and other necessary resources.

Delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, information, payments, or access, may affect the project timeline.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or payment link.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment must be made according to the terms stated on the applicable invoice.
• Work may begin after the required payment has been received.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or payment gateways.
• International payments may be subject to currency-conversion charges, bank charges, taxes, or payment-processing fees.
• The amount ultimately received by Rise Revenue Systems may differ from the original invoiced amount because of applicable payment-provider, banking, or currency-conversion charges.

4. International Payments

We may accept payments from clients located outside India through supported payment gateways and payment providers.

For international transactions, the client is responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is authorized for international transactions.

The applicable payment provider may independently apply its own verification, fraud-prevention, currency-conversion, refund, and transaction-processing policies.

5. Service Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to provide services according to the agreed scope and timeline.

Delivery timelines may depend on the nature of the project, client cooperation, availability of information and access, third-party platforms, approvals, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Marketing Results

Digital marketing and business consulting involve factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, advertising-platform policies, algorithm changes, customer behaviour, budgets, and third-party services.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, conversions, search rankings, advertising results, or other financial outcomes unless a specific written guarantee has been expressly agreed upon.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, advertising networks, social-media platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, CRM systems, or other services.

We are not responsible for downtime, account suspension, policy changes, algorithm changes, pricing changes, technical failures, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, proprietary strategies, methodologies, processes, templates, systems, frameworks, and materials developed or owned by Rise Revenue Systems remain our intellectual property.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to use the final deliverables supplied specifically for their project, subject to applicable third-party licenses and restrictions.

9. Client-Supplied Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content, images, trademarks, documents, data, or other materials supplied to us can legally be used for the intended purpose.

The client remains responsible for obtaining any required permissions, licenses, or rights relating to materials supplied by them.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information.

Both parties agree to take reasonable measures to protect confidential business, financial, technical, customer, and other non-public information received during the course of the engagement.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by applicable law.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the terms stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice.

Where services have already been performed or work has commenced, the amount refundable, if any, may be reduced to account for services already delivered or work already completed.

12. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we reasonably believe that the requested activity violates applicable law, third-party platform policies, or these Terms & Conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rise Revenue Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, generally be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify our services, website content, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
